What is your return policy?
Fox Fashion accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed or otherwise manipulated. Products (sterling silver jewellery, amber jewellery) need to be returned in original packaging - you must notify us of your intent to return during this 14 days period.
Visit the Royal Mail returns website to create your returns label and print at home or in your local post office.
Take to any post office, remembering to obtain proof of postage.
All refunds are processed as soon as the goods are returned to us and inspected you will receive an email, with monies usually taking 5-10 working days to be refunded to your original account or card. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you paid in GBP, minus any delivery charges incurred. We can not exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected)

Delivery
Free postage on all orders over £50 by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. We always aim to deliver in-stock items, however during exceptional periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, there may be a delay of a day or so, particularly if your order is placed later in the evening. This also applies to bank Holidays including Christmas and Easter due to the operating patterns of our partners.
You can also collect your order for free from Ely market every Saturday (weather allowances) Fox Fashion assumes no responsibility for damages during transport of damages caused from any delay beyond its control:

We process and normally despatch all orders within two working days.
Fox Fashion does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order.
